Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the AI-Ready Brand Assessment, which Rule29 Creative, Inc. (“Rule29”) runs. By using the assessment, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
What the assessment is for
The assessment is a planning aid. It turns your answers into a score, a Pillar Map, and suggested next steps. Your results are based only on the answers you give, and Rule29 doesn’t check them. They don’t certify compliance, security, or business performance, and they don’t predict results.
It isn’t legal, privacy, security, HR, or financial advice. Some notes in your report suggest talking with counsel or your IT lead, and for those questions, please do.
Using it well
- Answer for an organization you belong to or are allowed to represent.
- Use your own contact details.
- Keep other people’s sensitive personal information (health, payment, or student records, for example) out of message boxes. The intake questions ask about types of information only.
- Don’t try to open reports, dashboards, or admin areas that aren’t yours. Don’t interfere with the service or submit answers in bulk with automated tools.
Team assessments
If you set up a team, invite only people who have agreed to take part. Share the dashboard link only with people who should see named answers. Use the dashboard for planning conversations. Don’t use it to evaluate, rank, or discipline individual people.
Accounts and links
Keep your password, your results links, and your dashboard links to yourself unless you mean to share them, because anyone with a link can open what it points to. If a link reaches the wrong person, tell us through rule29.com/contact.
Rule29’s content
The questions, scoring method, recommendations, report design, and the assessment’s name belong to Rule29. You may download, print, and share your own report inside your organization and with your advisers. Please don’t copy or republish the assessment itself, or use it to build a similar tool, without our written permission.
Your information
The answers and details you give are yours. You allow Rule29 to store and use them as the Privacy Policy describes.
Other services
The assessment runs on services from Lovable, OpenAI (for team AI summaries), Google, and Adobe. Their own terms apply to their services. Links to other websites, including rule29.com, follow those sites’ terms.
Changes and availability
We may update the questions, the scoring, or these terms, and we may pause or retire the assessment. When the questions change, older reports say so. Updated terms will be posted here with a new date.
We provide the assessment as it is. We can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
